Our registered office is located in Nigeria. References to “LME,” “we,” “us,” or “our” on this website refer to Landmark Engineering Network Limited and its divisions.

LME operates through three integrated divisions under a single corporate entity:

• LME Capital provides strategic M&A advisory and transaction execution support for companies operating in or seeking access to African markets.
• LME Resources sources, verifies, and delivers lithium ore and strategic minerals from the West African resource corridor to global refiners, converters, and battery manufacturers.
• LME Systems designs and deploys workflow automation, CRM infrastructure, and digital systems for enterprise clients.

These divisions are not separate legal entities but operational business units of Landmark Engineering Network Limited.

LME operates as an intermediary and market access platform. We facilitate connections, transactions, and operational improvements on behalf of our clients. Unless expressly stated in a written agreement:

• LME Capital does not act as a principal, underwriter, or fiduciary in any transaction;
• LME Resources does not own, operate, or hold title to any mining claims, mineral rights, or extraction facilities;
• LME Systems does not act as a software vendor or SaaS provider and does not assume ongoing maintenance obligations for systems deployed.

LME Capital provides strategic advisory services only. Any references to past transactions, deal flow, or market activity are for informational purposes and do not guarantee future results. Outcomes in M&A transactions depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including market conditions, regulatory approvals, due diligence findings, and negotiation outcomes.
