Our Story
LME was founded in 2014 to address a persistent challenge: global enterprises seeking to engage with African markets faced fragmented access, unreliable counterparties, and structural inefficiency. We built a platform designed to solve this — intermediating capital, resources, and capability with institutional discipline.
Based in Nigeria, our team combines deep local market knowledge with global commercial standards. We operate across West Africa’s resource and commercial corridors, building the relationships and systems that allow enterprise clients to access markets with confidence.
We are intermediaries by design. We connect what exists on one side of a gap with what is required on the other — whether that gap is in capital, raw materials, or operational capability.
